About The Villa on Coba Point

The Villa On Coba Point is a one of a kind, off grid, private, water access only sanctuary with all the finest finishes you would expect in a Mediterranean clifftop waterfront property, featuring marble internal and external floors, gold tapware, internal and external sandstone features, indoor/outdoor living and dining areas overlooking three of our own private sandy beaches and rock outcrop mini island.

The property consists of the main dwelling which is referred to as “The Villa On Coba Point” and the free-standing boathouse which is at the water’s edge referred to as “The Villa Boathouse”.

The Villa on Coba Point

The Villa on Coba Point is the most stunning waterfront home to be found on the river, commanding expansive water vistas from its north aspect vantage point.

This waterfront home is completely off grid, but with state of the art technology installed, the Villa is set up so efficiently you would not know it is an off grid property.

The interior is fresh, coastal, and inviting. Amenities include a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Foxtel, Netflix, complimentary WiFi and a Yamaha Bluetooth compatible music system. For further entertainment, choose from our library of DVD’s, books and selection of board games.

The Villa on Coba Point is the larger main wing of the property and offers the most stunning North facing views. The main level entertaining area opens fluidly to a deep set undercover terrace framed with glass balustrades off the open plan kitchen and dining space. A private sitting room offers the perfect area to spend time reading or enjoying a good movie. The sitting room also contains a double pull out sofa bed.

The main bathroom is spacious, private and tranquil, with a large walk in shower and deep set rainwater spa. A simply wonderful space to spend time relaxing. The master bedroom with wall to wall glass louvre windows is set on the upper level. It contains a generous Super Plush King Coil mattress and luxury bedding. At the rear of this level is a second bedroom with a Queen and King single bed, a perfect spot for extra family or friends.

Fully equipped internal laundry is available for guests use on the middle level

Guests staying at The Villa on Coba Point have exclusive use of the grounds, The Boathouse ground floor games room, the outdoor fire pit under the stars, the grassy foreshore and kayaks (2 adult size, 2 child size).

The ground floor of the Villa Boathouse is a semi underground sandstone room hand built with sandstone boulders into the cliff face. It has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with Wifi connection and a Blue Ray/DVD player, pool table, gas BBQ, timber smoker, and is set up as a pool/games/media room with a covered outdoor area directly facing the waterfront.

The Boathouse known as “The Villa Boathouse” is closed off and unoccupied during your stay (unless you have booked that for friends/family).

The Villa Boathouse is the most stunning self contained boathouse to be found on the river, commanding expansive water vistas from its north aspect vantage point.

This two level boathouse is completely off grid, but with state of the art technology installed, the boathouse is set up so efficiently you would not know it is an off grid property.

The upper level of The Villa Boathouse is fully self-contained and comfortably set up as open plan living. Wall to wall stacker doors open up to uninterrupted panoramic views from inside, picture perfect bliss.

The upper level of the Boathouse contains a 4 post queen bed with a Super Plush King Coil mattress and a double pull out sofa bed.
